ArtWalk Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development by SmartCentres in Vaughan. This pre-construction project sits at 101 Edgeley Blvd near Highway 7 and Jane Street in SmartVMC’s master-planned community.

ArtWalk Condos is located in the SmartVMC, is a progressive development for the city of Vaughan. It is strategically bordered by Apple Mill Road to the south, Buttermilk Road to the east, and Edgeley Boulevard to the west. This new community has been labelled “downtown north” as it aims to generate more employment opportunities, transit options, infrastructure and ultimately an influx in population for the VMC.
