Project Summary
Aquanova Condos is a new condo project by Greenpark Homes and is currently in pre-construction. Aquanova architect is designed by Sasaki Associates Inc. The new project will be located at 1300 Lakeshore Road East in Mississauga.
Aquanova Condos will be part of the newest master-planned community in Lakeshore Road Mississauga’s waterfront. The site will be on a 177 acres and will have waterfront trails, marina recreation, urban beaches, residences, park, shops, boutiques, cafes, schools and workspace. The community will also be building a 64 acres of conservation area for natural habitats.
Aquanove will be the first phase of Greenpark’s collection of condominiums. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout.The estimated completion date for Aquanova Condos is still unknown.
